Simple application
Just bend the metal plate to the CLICK to activate the battery. So you can enjoy the gentle heat for up to three hours. To reactivate, place in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until the crystals liquefy. Let it cool down afterwards and the mobile heat storage unit is ready for use again for several hundred times.
