Gentle roasting

Gentle handling is not only of the utmost importance in patient care. That's why our coffees Hochland Arabica and Premium Robusta are gently roasted at a low temperature in a drum roaster in the traditional way. True to the saying "Don't rush things", we give our coffee the time it needs to develop its up to 800 aromas and invigorating effect right down to the last bean.

We keep this promise with our coffee just as uncompromisingly as with all our PAX products. Our roaster not only checks the vital functions of our raw materials on site - regular inspections of the working conditions on the plantations are also of the utmost importance to us. We also guarantee fair pay and price stability for the producers. Because just like the production of our PAX products, the manufacture of our coffee is based on the motto It's all about performance.

Like all PAX products, our coffee is versatile. No matter how you prefer to prepare your espresso - our PAX Rescue Blend is suitable for all common preparation methods (espresso pots, fully automatic coffee machines, filters, portafilters and French presses).
