The PAX vacuum mattress - I-Mat - handles is our entry-level product and is manufactured with the same PAX care as all our products. The straight cut is reminiscent of a capital “I” and is optimized for use in the medical sector. The PAX I-Mat is supplied with ten loop-in handles and our five color-coded fixation straps.

With this “PAX Ergo-Mat with integrated head fixation and neck support” model, we have fitted handles for transportation. Our new, patented head fixation system and the integrated neck support prevent hyper-reclination of the cervical spine during transportation.

How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free of charge within Germany.
To return your old goods, please use the parcel label we send you.
Delivery outside Germany is not possible?
We only ship within Germany.
For the countries listed below, we have found great partners for the PAX old for new campaign. We will forward your order accordingly and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
When can I expect the delivery?
Deliveries will start from 01.12.2024.
The delivery time for the vacuum mattress without owner labelling is approx. 5-7 working days.
The delivery time for a vacuum mattress with owner labelling is 20 working days.
What is owner labelling?
The owner labelling usually consists of a picture / logo + address data / departments. The EKZ is firmly welded to the product and cannot be removed.
Products with owner labelling are excluded from recall.
What happens if I don't manage to send the old goods to PAX within 14 days?
In this case, you will not receive a credit note and will pay the regular list price. Please contact us and we will check your request.
We have a customer group at PAX with our organisation, does the discount also apply?
The OLD for NEW promotion cannot be combined with other discounts.
Can I send my old goods directly to you carriage forward?
No. Unpaid, unannounced returns will not be accepted and we will not accept any costs for returns of products sent in.
If you order a new PAX vacuum mattress, we will send you a return label directly with it. You can then also use the shipping carton.
Where do we send the old goods to participate in the PAX old for new campaign?
We will send you a pre-filled returns form with the delivery of your new PAX vacuum mattress.
