The PAX-Extremity-Tourniquet is a pressure bandage winch system for heavy bleedings at the extremities. The flexible lenghth and the winch system with lock positions at every 90 degrees rotation make it usable for both arms and legs. Through manual pretension while placing the P-E-T you only need a few rotations to secure perfect fit. You can take down the time of placement or other important information on the writing surface at the end of the strap.
