Conditions of participation PAX raffles

1. Organiser: The raffle is organised by X-CEN-TEK GmbH & Co. KG (PAX-BAGS.COM), hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter". The Raffle is not affiliated with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are excluded from any liability in relation to the Raffle.
   
   
2. Eligibility: The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
   
   
3. Participation: Participation in the competition is free and takes place by following our page, commenting on which PAX product you would like to see at the Florian trade fair and linking your trade fair buddy. Sharing the post is voluntary and at the discretion of the participant. Each participant can only take part in the competition once. Multiple answers will only be counted as one answer. The closing date for entries is 05/09/2024 12:00 (CEST).
   
   
4. Prize: Five times two tickets for the Florian 2024 trade fair, plus two PAX coffee-to-go mugs. The exact prize and its value will be determined by the solution to the competition, which will be described on Facebook/Instagram at the end of the competition. A cash payment of the prize or an exchange is not possible. The prize is non-transferable.
   
   
5. Winning and notification: The winner will be selected at random from all participants after the end of the raffle. The winner will be contacted via a private message on Facebook/Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
   
   
6. Publication of the winner(s): The name(s) of the winner(s) may be published on Facebook/Instagram after the conclusion of the raffle, unless the winner expressly objects.
   
   
7. Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the raffle will be used exclusively for the implementation of the raffle and will not be passed on to third parties. After completion of the raffle, the data will be deleted.
   
   
8. Exclusion of liability: The organiser is not liable for damage caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, technical faults, loss or deletion of data or by other problems in participating in the raffle.
   
   
9. Modification or termination of the raffle: The organiser reserves the right to modify, adapt or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
   
   
10. Miscellaneous: Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these competition rules be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organiser.

The conditions of participation are updated for the respective current raffles at PAX and apply in their respective form only to the corresponding raffle.
