Conditions of participation PAX raffles

PAX competition from 05.06.2025

1. Organiser: The competition is organised by X-CEN-TEK GmbH & Co. KG (PAX-BAGS.COM), hereinafter referred to as the ‘Organiser’. The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook and Instagram are excluded from any liability in relation to the competition.
2. Eligibility to participate: The competition is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in the EU. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation: Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place by following our page and leaving a comment on the post from 5 June 2025. Sharing the post is voluntary and at the discretion of the participant. Each participant can only take part in the competition once. Multiple answers will only be counted as one answer. The closing date for entries is 11/06/2025 12:00 (CEST).
4. Prize: 5 x 1 PAX Best Buddy. Winnings cannot be paid out in cash or exchanged. The prize is non-transferable.
5. Determination of the winner and notification: The winner will be selected at random from all participants at the end of the competition. The winner will be contacted via a private message on Facebook/Instagram. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
6. Publication of the winner(s): The names of the winner(s) may be published on Facebook/Instagram after the end of the competition, unless the winner expressly objects.
7. Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used exclusively for the organisation of the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. The data will be deleted at the end of the competition.
8. Exclusion of liability: The organiser is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays or interruptions in transmission, technical faults, loss or deletion of data or other problems with participation in the competition.
9. Modification or termination of the competition: The organiser reserves the right to modify, adapt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise or if proper implementation cannot be guaranteed.
11. Miscellaneous: Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these competition rules be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the organiser.

The conditions of participation are updated for the respective current competitions at PAX and apply in their respective form only for the corresponding competition.
