Important information on handling corona virus

Dear customers,
as you surely have noticed, the corona virus SARS-CoV-2 has now reached Germany. Many of our customers belong to the risk group that can potentially come into direct contact with infected persons. In order to protect the health of all our employees in Germany and Poland and to interrupt a potential chain of infection, we are therefore making immediate adjustments to some of our work processes.

The measures taken by us refer to our incoming goods department for incoming returns, repairs and sample shipments. So far, there has been no illness either in our employee group or in the direct environment. This is just a precautionary measure.

Necessary measures
Recent studies have shown that the corona virus can remain on surfaces for up to nine days at room temperature and remain infectious. Against this background and for security reasons, all incoming goods will be disinfected on the outside, sealed and stored unopened in a quarantine warehouse for 10 days .

Further processing will take place after the 10-day period has expired, at the earliest. Any returns and repairs as well as confirmations of incoming goods and associated credit notes are therefore by at least this period.
